KULELİ Momentum was founded by Mustafa Cenk Uludağ, PhD (CMC, PMP), who continues his work as an academician and management consultant with 30 years of banking experience, and continues its activities under a single roof with management consultants, each of whom are experts and experienced in their fields. In order to increase the resilience of enterprises against crises and to ensure the continuity of their activities by creating a long-term permanent effect, they need to manage their assets well and bring their sales and profitability to a stable level.

One of the key issues for enterprises is the insufficient asset size to secure long-term stability despite shot-term profitability, or, the insufficient return on assets that are not managed well and efficiently, despite having a high asset value.

About Management Consultancy
Unfortunately, the frequency of utilising management consultancy services within the business plans of SMEs in our country is far below the world averages. Just as every business has a financial advisor, lawyer, workplace physician, occupational health and safety specialist, it is a necessity of business life to have a management consultant stakeholder. While our businesses are intensely busy in their daily operational and production activities, they cannot spare enough time for analysing/improving their processes, planning for the future, developing policies for risks, project management, etc. and/or cannot make evaluations from a different perspective.
Management Consultancy is;
1. Analysing the current situation and needs of enterprises,

Management Consultant is a person who has adopted the consultancy business as a profession, has technical knowledge and equipment, has the ability to manage processes and projects, has foreign language knowledge and digital skills, constantly follows the developments in the world in the field of professional expertise and constantly integrates them into the consultancy business model, has effective communication and advanced negotiation skills, and develops projects by adhering to ISO, professional standards and ethical values.

The management consultancy profession has a separate methodology and procedures. No matter which field a consultant is expert and knowledgeable in, he/she should have a command of consultancy methodology, procedures and tools/techniques to be used.

In our country, Management Consultancy is recognised as a profession by the Turkish Vocational Qualifications Authority. For this reason

Consultants with ‘Management Consultant Level-6’ and ‘SME Consultant Level-6’ certificates accredited by the Vocational Qualifications Authority and/or
​​

Consultants with internationally recognised CMC (Certified Management Consultant), PMP (Project Management Professional) certificates
should be preferred.
